Trench art
The break between fights always seemed like an eternity. Some fighters at that time were thinking about the past and the future. Some endlessly cleaned their weapons again and again, thus trying to get away from thoughts of the death. But this time we’ll talk about those who did the so-called “Trench art”. Many soldiers learned about their talent in the trenches. Absolutely any objects were used. For example, patrone casing, flasks, copper rings from artillery shells, and much more. Here are some crafts: Glass, made from brass and aluminum casing. Depending on the skill, some of such art objects were simple, and some – incredibly complex. Sometimes it is difficult to believe that they were made by improvised means; Are there any such things in your collection? In my collection I have several such things.
